This design-led refurbishment in Melbury Gardens was delivered in close collaboration with Crawford Design—the project’s architects and interior designers—whose thoughtful and detailed specification ensured a smooth delivery and a high-quality finish throughout.

A new rear extension created a generous open-plan kitchen and living space, with a full-length side skylight and an additional rooflight above the kitchen island—flooding the area with natural light, ideal for both cooking and relaxed dining. The space was finished with engineered herringbone flooring, sourced and installed by ourselves to complement the design.

The transformation continued outdoors with full garden landscaping, including a pergola, patio areas, built-in seating, and a BBQ area, creating a versatile space for entertaining and year-round use.

Exterior works included the replacement of all timber double-glazed windows, repainting of the front elevation, and a full roof replacement, giving the home a fresh, cohesive look.

Upstairs, the top floor was retrofitted, introducing integrated air conditioning, a new en-suite, walk-in wardrobe, and bespoke joinery in the master bedroom.
