Traditional style meets modern standards

The backbone of this full refurbishment project in Tooting was a spacious rear extension built with Replica London stock brick from Imperia. The newly created space made room for a large open-plan Shaker style kitchen and dining area. We installed an innovative pyramid roof lantern above the space, inviting daylight into the kitchen and creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere.

We took the house back to its basic structure, ensuring a robust foundation for the rest of the work. The ground level was given a new look with consistent flooring throughout, and we upgraded all doors and internal glazing. The house's wiring and plumbing were also entirely overhauled, bringing it up to date with modern standards.

The living room was turned into a cosy retreat, with a beautiful fireplace setting the tone for relaxation. We added three bathrooms: one ensuite, two primary and a convenient WC downstairs, each finished to luxurious standards. Bedrooms were fitted with custom wardrobes, creating a sense of calm and spaciousness.

Lighting was carefully selected and placed to highlight architectural features and add dimension to the interior. Fresh paint, subtle detailing and cornicing completed the transformation. On the exterior of the house, a refreshed facade and garden upgrades – including a new patio and fencing – rounded off the project, boosting the home’s kerb appeal.
