What’s the process for
building a kitchen extension?
Constructing a kitchen extension is the end of a journey that can be convoluted, costly and time consuming. We do everything possible to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Before getting in touch with us, you will need to liaise with an architect to confirm structural drawings and gain planning permission from the relevant authorities.

Once you have architect drawings confirmed and planning permission in place, we’ll conduct a site visit before providing you with an estimate of costs. If our estimate is satisfactory, we’ll proceed to tender and provide a fully-detailed thorough quote, specifying a fixed fee for the entire project, as well as breaking down costs to show you exactly where your money is being spent.

If our quote is acceptable, we’ll proceed to the legal and health and safety stages of a project, confirming insurances, agreeing and signing contracts - and then work will commence on your kitchen extension.

No payment is required upfront and our specialists will keep you informed of progress throughout the project. Final payment is only due 6 months after the project is completed and any snagging is rectified.
